From my own experience, as well as reading about and observing the best performers/entrepreneurs in the world, I am now convinced that undeniable success comes down to these to traits:
1. Seeded determination
2. Outcome independency
Seems simple? It’s not. They both have to be present, but for mere humans they are also mutually exclusive.
How can you be deeply determinded to achieve something but also be independent of the outcome, thus setting you free to objectively judge yourself, not be bothered by negative visualisations and able to withstand setbacks? I don’t know, but I know some people you can ask:
Michael Jordan
Obsessed with being the basketball player there could be. Extremely focused and driving in every game. YET, seemingly unaffected by in-game setbacks. Never hung is head when missing any kind of shot.
Kobe Bryant

Tim Ferris
Utterly determined to find new areas he is bad at, fully immerses himself in the subject, and when he has finally made it, moves on to the next thing.
